Then please identify for us the gains to academic learning that will come from the NBP--other than those that come through money. Next, show that the monetary gains will be as large as projected--Darrell Bazzell certainly couldn&amp;#39;t prove that (you cannot assume a doubling of foundation $ in 20 years).
